China's top producer of fuel dispensers Over the past 16 years, we at Censtar Science and Technology have grown to become the largest fuel dispenser manufacturer in China. With an annual capacity of 50,000 units, we have ranked number one in domestic sales for the past ten years. There are currently more than 200,000 units in use throughout China and approximately 6,000 units in use around the world. China's top oil companies, Sinopec and China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, have come to us for the past 15 years, and Shell and BP's China joint venture have sourced from us for six.
Technology exchanges with overseas manufacturers
Our big capacity and efficient production is made possible by several factors. For one, we have a technological sharing agreement with leading overseas manufacturers to ensure that we stay current with the latest technological breakthroughs. Second, we have 64 engineers, many with doctorate and master's degrees, to keep us on the cutting edge. We invest four percent of our annual sales in R&D to help them, and their efforts have earned us 15 patents. Thirdly, our 700 employees and CNC production lines work under our ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 management systems to provide you consistent quality that is environmentally friendly. This is further ensured with our 74 QC staff members, who have an average of nine years on the job.
Ready for all climates
We are the only Chinese manufacturer of fuel dispensers to have a high- and low-temperature testing lab. We test our electronic boards at temperatures as high as 55° C and as low as -40° C. A sample of our finished dispensers is also tested in extreme conditions to make sure that, no matter where you are, our products will perform at their best.
